Today I came across very interesting news - WPDesigner.com just went under the hammer at Sitepoint. Homepage PR7 and with more than 30 themes created, it had to be sold as the owner (Small Potato) is going on holiday.

Key point of WPDesigner is of course the amazing Themes Club - I joined because it’s an amazing concept, and loved the first theme enough that I don’t care even if the others are useless. It will be a sad sight to see him leave, even if it is for a short while, however I suppose it is better if he takes a break.

According to the Sitepoint auction, the BIN has already been reached. Let’s see how this goes, but that was pretty quick for $65,000 to be put up! Good luck to the new owner of the site.
